ну вот, как-то так:

To the President of Belarus Mr. Alexander G. Lukashenko

Mister Lukashenko,

You must be aware of the fact, that the world is anxiously monitoring unfolding events in Belarus.

As a citizen of another country I have no right to judge legitimacy of your recent elections, yet I must express my outrage by your actions against the legal opposition and those who came out to protest the way these elections were conducted.

It's impossible to remain silent, watching how brutally your government is suppressing individual rights and liberties in one of the European countries, whose Constitution proclaims it to be a democratic state.

Mass acts of violence against peaceful protesters, arrests and beatings of the political opponents are not a normal reaction one would expect from a President, who is confident in support of 80% of population.

Such events shed quite a negative light on your presidency in the eyes of the international community. Your actions portray you as a rather tyrannical dictator.

Be assured that, in spite of all attempts to cover illegitimate actions of your government, in spite all threats and arrests of independent journalists, truth will keep spreading beyond the Belarus borders. You shall see how many letters like this, along with telephone calls and faxes will flood embassies and consulates around the globe.

No manipulation of facts, no diplomatic double-talk can cover outrageous brutality of events in your country, honest people will see through it.

I am asking you to stop suppressing rights and liberties of the citizens of Belarus and I urge you to find a non-violent way for consensus with the opposition.
